The databases offered by the Institute contain both full-text documents, such as articles and monographs, as well as bibliographic information, abstracts, and citations.
Once having obtained the bibliographic references of a journal or a single article, it is possible to verify the presence of the full-text copy through the “online periodicals” page.

The Byzantinische Bibliographie Online includes the bibliographic sections of the Byzantinische Zeitschrift from volume 98 (2005) up to the present day. It contains around 30,000 entries in total, and each year about 4,000 entries will be added. The entries are organized systematically by subject area and enriched by short discussions and references to relevant review articles.
Index of biblical references found in early Christian literature, both Western and Eastern texts, so far covering the first three centuries, along with part of the following centuries.

It presents complete Greek texts, and a critical apparatus, of new inscriptions; it summarizes new readings, interpretations, and studies of known inscriptions, and occasionally presents the Greek text of these documents.
